It will take time to get back to cleaning up beaches, rivers, urban areas... but we can take care of the planet from our plate of food. Vegan Sustainability

Eat more plants and vegetables.

Plants require less land, energy and water and produce less CO2 (carbon dioxide) emissions than animal foods.

Support the local producer. During the quarantine I have ordered fruit and vegetables from: @armoniaorg, Verduleria La Yunta 8530 0224 and also from @agricooltores De la Huerta a su Casa 8826 3631. ♻ Remember to order produce in a box and not in plastic bags.

On meat consumption...

Choose less processed foods. This type of product consumes more resources during production and has a greater environmental impact, as it tends to include more packaging and containers for distribution than bulk foods.

Say no to food waste.

A more coherent and responsible shopping list of the food you will consume helps to avoid throwing food away and to curb the impact of food production.

#stayhome to take care of us, nourish us and be aware of what we consume! 💚
